The game is a platformer in which the main character, Steve, must fight the monsters that meet along the way. To attack the monsters one has to jump on them twice or hit them from below if the enemy is on a platform in the air. Additionally, there are various bonuses in the game that make the hero bigger or faster. The player can also increase the number of lives by collecting coins after killing enemies. By collecting asterisks the player can unlock additional levels.
